We are sorry to hear this and will gladly exchange your product for you with the following guidelines:
Take a photo of the error and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. If this was an error on behalf of the manufacturer, your item will be replaced at no charge to you.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return the product and we will either exchange it or give you your money back excluding postage costs. We will do our best to exchange items depending on stock availability. Garments must be unworn and unwashed.

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent using a traceable carrier. White Spruce Studio will not be held responsible for packages not received by us that were returned without a tracking number.
