Unfortunately with the digital download files, no refunds are allowed due to the nature of the digital product, but please contact me if you have any questions.
If you are having any problems with the download I will try and help.

I am sorry to hear this and will gladly exchange your product for you with the following guidelines:
Take a photo of the error and email it to email@example.com as soon as possible. If this was an error on behalf of the shipping company, it is your responsibility to file a claim, but please let me know and I can assist you with this and possible work out a replacement.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please return the product and I will either exchange it or give you your money back excluding postage costs.

I recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. White Spruce Studio will not be held responsible for packages not received that were returned without a tracking number.
