*Information cannot be changed after you order, so please double check that you put in the correct shipping address. I will ship to the address on your order. I am not responsible for replacements or refunds if you put the wrong address on an order.
♦︎ SHIP BY DATE
**Items leave the facility ON or BEFORE the 'ship by' date listed on your invoice, unless I need to change the "ship by date" due to unforeseen circumstances (snowstorms or hurricanes that delay the post office from delivering, items are out of stock, printing facility temporarily shut down, etc.)
**Please order with extra time allowed if you need it for a certain date as shipping delays can always be expected and are out of my control.**
♦︎ CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are accepted within 2 hours of purchase. Due to the made to order and custom nature of this item and limited warehouse space, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your mug arrives damaged or defective in any way, I will replace the mug for free. I'm sorry but I do not give refunds.
